Beyond the vine-covered wall sits the Snow White Cottage, virtually undisturbed, much as it has for almost a century.
Created by the original owner of the estate for his Japanese bride; the miniature cottage, gardens and ponds were left untouched for many years. When the property changed ownership in 1994, the streams were uncovered and the pump house and water wheel built. At this same time, the track was laid for the miniature train that runs around the property. In 1997, the Chapel was acquired from Grace Episcopal Church and was moved to its current location where it was refurbished, the Tavern was moved and restored as well. The mid-century railroad bar car at the front of the property has been restored to its glory, along with putting the finishing touches on a decade-long labor of love.
